Click on Report Templates in the Project Navigator on the right-hand side.
Select Create report from the context menu.
Enter the settings for your report. Report templates: Selection from the installed report templates. Description: Description of the selected report template. Select the format of the report: XML, HTML or Word. Output file: Location at which the generated report will be saved.
Click on Continue.
You can now select filters in order to ensure that only content meeting the relevant criteria is included in the report.
